I’m a writer. I live in Melbourne with my wife, daughter, pungent spaniel and three hens. I’d love a glam-rock rooster, but they don’t let you have them where I live. I’ve been writing for a long time and have written plays, short stories, bad poetry and a few novels.
I like water and am fascinated by the ocean and its mysteries. One of my favourite books is Thor Heyerdahl’s The Kon-Tiki Expedition. If you’re into adventures on the high seas and discovering new forms of sea life, this is the book for you! I’m also very keen on archaeology – put simply, I like finding old stuff. I regularly dig archaeological trenches (aka holes) in my garden and have quite a collection of old bottles to show for them.
Some of my favourite authors are (in alphabetical order to be fair) Douglas Adams, Sherman Alexie, Sonya Hartnett, George Orwell, Terry Pratchett, Anne Rice and Jacob G. Rosenberg. Yep, that’s a mixed lot.
I hope you find my website useful. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me.
Bye for now.
